Recipe turned out great added a little sugar free French vanilla syrup and probably will cut the cinnamon from 1 teaspoon to a half a teaspoon will make again it’s definitely a keeper

I used 1 cup vanilla sugar free ice cream, 1 cup half & half, instead of almond milk, heavy cream & ice. Yummy!
I'm not big on breakfast and like to break my fast with a post-gym shake. I am a huge fan of the strawberry cheesecake shake so I was THRILLED to see a fall version chock full of pumpkin! You speak to my Keto heart. I added a scoop of collagen powder and subbed 2 pumps of Jordan's Iced Cinnamon rolls skinny syrup (I don't think the pumpkin flavors would overdo it) since I don't have liquid monkfruit. Amazing!

Hey Kasey! Do you know if you can meal prep this smoothie? I am in nursing school and leave really early in the morning, and it is hard to get all of the ingredients together and measured out at 5:00am. Haha.
I don't see why not. Just combine everything except the ice and store in the refrigerator. You could go ahead and put it all in the blender pitcher/ container first, depending on your preference Then just take it out and add 1/2 cup of ice, blend and enjoy!
